WebMoney -> PayPal
1. The PayPal accounts, registered on the citizens of Ukraine, Belarus and other CIS countries except Russia, according to PayPal rules, cannot be filled up through our service.
2. The exchange of money over limits is possible if it was agreed with us. Put in a request for it and leave the corresponding note.
PayPal -> WebMoney and MoneyBookers -> WebMoney
1. The requests are accepted only:
a) from the owners of personal (including merchant)
passports WebMoney
or
b) from the owners WMID with BL from 25
or
c) from our constant clients
or
d) under the recommendation of our checked up clients (indicate their e-mail).
2. The PayPal (MoneyBookers) account must have the status "Verified".
3. In the connection of safety we usually detain the execution of exchange for new clients:
a) for 5 working days at the amounts below 100 USD;
b) for 10 working days at the amounts above 100 USD.
4. During the payment of the request in the field "Notes", "Comments" or etc. you should indicate the note named us.
The transfer is also carried out on the our account named us.
5. For reception of money from the sponsors you should indicate the site address of the sponsor, and in the note write minutely, why you have a right to it and other important information relies in the field "sender". Add to the note a phrase "No_X19" (without it the error of verification of the data will stand out).
Any exchange direction
Before putting an exchange request you should add e-mail of PayPal (MoneyBookers) account to the profile of WebMoney identifier.
It is a requirement of WebMoney payment system. The information of this theme (is unessential for reading).
After request its status becomes "CHECKING" and expects processing by the manager (if it's necessary: check, specification of data, information sending on continuation of an exchange and/or etc.).
We have a right to cancel any unpaid request with substantiation of the reason.
Additional services, namely payment return (as far as possible), its cancellation, etc. are paid at a rate of 10% from the payment sum, but not less than 10 USD.
